1. What is CON-CEL?
The main component of CON-CEL is wood which has excellent anti-freezing nature, strength, tension and stifness. The CON-CEL extracted from this wood is manufactured precisely as a cylindrical pellet so that dispersion, automatic weighing and input can be easy in the mixing process of concrete/mortar.

2.
Characteristic and action of CON-CEL CON-CEL is well dispersed within concrete and has strong adhesive strength to cement as a specially processed product to enhance capacity. The surface of Hydroxyl
enforces dispersion and adhension, and makes the cement compound body more compact because of having an tiny validity diameter. It, with a relatively wider surface area(0.13§²/g), plays an very efficient role in improving dynamic nature of the cement compound body because of enhancing strength to resist against tension and impact of the cement compound body by bridging between fibers and stabilizing and repressing a tiny crack having
many fibers per cubic volume.
What is Super CON-CEL?
As Hydroxyl-Concrete/mortar fiber reinforement of hydrophile property
-crack prevention, tension strength, increment of flexibility; increment
of endurance(quality improvement)

|
When a Polypropylene fiber of 0.9§¸/§© is used.
Fibers/cubic volume: 0.6/§¨
|
When CON-CEL of 1.2§¸/§© is used.
Fibers/cubic volume: 1,100/§¨
|
A Poypropylene fiber has space caused by a crack because a fiber itself is large.
|
CON-CEL, with a tiny validity diameter and many fibers/cubic volume, has no space to be caused by a tiny crack and is very efficient for crack prevention because of making concrete compact.
|

3.Drying-Shrinkage-Crack
Control characteristic of CON-CEL
CON-CEL has a characteristc of excellent plasticity and drying-shrinkage-crack control. The surface of CON-CEL as Hydroxyl has excellent adhesive capacity to a cement matrix because many fibers per cubic volume with a tiny validity diameter of fibers control efficiently the creation and growth of tiny cracks.

4.
Slump, Air volume and Finish for the Application of CON-CEL If CON-CEL is used, air volume will be increased and a slump be decreased. CON-CEL, however, has an excellent adhesive capacity to a concrete matrix and a slump reduction is similar to Polypropylene fiber reinforcement concrete because a validity diameter of fibers is tiny. CON-CEL is also finished excellently because a validity diameter is tiny.
5.Dynamic Feature of the Application of CON-CEL CON-CEL is used on purpose to improve concrete movements and control partially initial plasticity and a shrinkage and a crack created by the volume change of constrained concrete.
¢Á. Compression Strength: when the compound rate of CON-CEL is 0.08%, it is influenced on the increment of compression strength, compared to what doesn't mix fibers with plain and high strength concrete.
¢Á. Bend capacity(bend strength and tension): Compared to the bend capacity of plain concrete, CON-CEL influences on the increment of bend capacity and specially shows the best result when a compound rate is 0.08%.

¢Â.CON-CEL with an Hydroxyl surface has strong adhesive strength to cement and makes the cement compound body more compact because an validity diameter is tiny.
¢Â.CON-CEL, with many fibers per cubic volume, stabilizes by repressing a tiny crack within the cement compound body, plays a bridging role between fibers and enhances strength to resist against tension and impact of the cement compound body.

7.Application Effect of CON-CEL
¡Ü.Shrinkage and crack prevention of concrete/mortar
¡Ü.Toughness increment for impact and ruins
¡Ü.Bend tension increment of a structure
¡Ü.Toughness increment for abrasion and erosion
¡Ü.Toughness increment for a fatigue and repetition load
¡Ü.Reduction of water permeability (reduction of reinforeced bar corrosion)
¡Ü.Toughness increment of freezing dissolution
¡Ü.Reduction of aggregate sinking(when concreting)
¡Ü.Wiremesh or metal lace not necessary
¡Ü.Reduction of rebounding volume

8.How to apply CON-CEL CON-CEL as an hydrophile property fiber is harmonious with any compound material and has a good influence. Any additive is also not required separately.

Standard Volume
|
Standard Usage Vol: 1.2§¸(bag)/1§© of Concrete/mortar
Volume can be increased according to a specific purpose or site condition.
|
Mixing Plan
|
No change: CON-CEL is treated as an additive without regard to a mixing plan.(reinforcement function of concrete/mortar is created by a physical action, not by a chemical, and the mixing plan is not influenced because the content of CON-CEL is extremely little[less than 0.08% of volume])
|
Mixing Method
|
Input: input directly required volume into a conveyor or a mixing drum such as a batch plant and a site mixer(if an automatic weighing device is installed, it is easier)
Mixing time: In case of input directly into a batch plant or a site mixer, it depends on manufacturing volume (mixing)time.
|
Concreting
|
Being identical with plain concrete/mortar.
Workability: a slump is shown a little bit because it has an strong adhesive strength to concrete because a surface is Hydroxyl. Workability is decreased, but water must not be added after a naked eye inspection is taken.
|
Finish
|
Being identical with plain concrete/mortar.
Start to finsish when bleeding water is run dry.
|
Applicable Structures
|
There are concrete pavement structures (freeways, upper
decks of bridges, moorings, farm roads and others),
tunnel linings, median strips, protective walls, structures
of water supply and drainage, dams, canals, ocean
structures, concrete slab decks (parking lots, storages,
plants, flat works), walls and floor finishing mortar.
|
9.Packing Unit of CON-CEL
There are 1.2kg/bag and 500kg/bag. It is possible to pack specially according to the customer's order requests.
. The packing unit of SUPER CON-CEL-Q for mortar is also
identical.

Pack of SUPER CON-CEL is 1.2kg/bag(10bags/box)

Usage Effect
|
Excellent crack prevention for plasticity shrinkage-crack and drying shrinkage-crack Increment of tension, anti-impact and a tension force by playing a bridging role of hydrophile property in concrete/mortar.
permeablity is reduced and anti-freezing nature is increased. Reduction of aggregate sinking.Increment of Long term endurance.
Omission of wiremesh and
metal-lace
|
Crack reinforcemnet effect has been certified, but a tiny crack is caused continuoulsy. Tension and anti-impact in concrete/mortar is increased more than that in plain concrete, but the value of adhesion strength to cement at initial hardening time and elastic codefficient is small because it's an anti-hydrophile property fiber. When the cement compound body is transformed, it is plucked.
Bad anti-freezing nature and anti-permeablity.
Reduction of aggregate sinking.
Omission of wiremesh and metal lace.
|
Insufficient crack prevention effect

Characteristic
|
An Hydroxyl surface is dispersed well and has an strong adhesive strength to cement.
has ecxcellent crack prevention with many fiber per unit volume and makes concrete/mortar more compact.
|
A fiber is thick and dispersion and water permeablity as anti-hydrophile property is bad.
When the cement compound body is transformed, it is plucked.
Due to low gravity,it can be projected or floated on the surface.
few fibers per unit volume.
|
Anti-hydrophile property, Plane reinforcement effect is not enough.
A part was used in only Korea worldwidely.
