The SUPER
STRONG CON-FIBER is a fiber reinforcement (composite fiber) to control a shrinkage and a crack that are defect of concrete itself and make concrete more compact and harder.
The SUPER
STRONG CON-FIBER is an orthodoxy concrete reinforcement fiber and an home manufacured product developed by our researchers' efforts for many years. The one step upgraded reinforcemrnt fiber enhanced an adhesive strength to concrete having defect of the composite fiber reinforecement and enlarged an adhesive area(invention patent: 77184th & 77185th). It is an excellent technology product certified on the 16th of November,1995) by the Ministry of Science and Technoloy.
The SUPER
STRONG CON-FIBER made of a Polypropylene fiber has 6~8.5 millions of fibers distributed evenly in 1m³ of concrete/mortar, controls a crack, impact, damage, permeability, erosion and freezing of concrete by playing a micro-reinforement role and enhances a resisting force against several elements deteriorating concrete capacity. Totally, this is a new material upgrading the quality fo concrete.

STRONG CON-FIBER An uniform dispersion whithin a concrete matrix is very crucial, SUPER
STRONG CON-FIBER as a Fibrillated Bundle type is consisted of 10-20 bundles of fibers and dispersion within the cement matrix is increased because a net is widened and cut by aggregate in the mixing process of concrete.

7. How to use.

Mixing Plan
|
No change: a composite fiber is treated as an additive without
regard to a mixing plan.(it can be simply added without an amendment of a mixing rate because influence on strength is not almost exist.) The reinforcement of Super SUPER
STRONG CON-FIBER in
concrete is functioned by a physical action, not by a chemical action. The mixing plan is not influenced because a fiber content is very little.

Mixing Method
|
Input: Pour Super Strong CON-FIBER of required volume into a plant mixer or a site mixer.
Mixing time: depends on manufacturing volume in case of input into a batch plant or a site mixer.

Concreting
|
Same as plain concrete/mortar.
Workability: a slump can be shown by aggregate sinking.
Workability is also same as plain concrete/mortar.
Water must not be added after a naked eye inspection is taken.
Pumpability: pump work is easier because the surface of a fiber is more slippery than aggregate, and a resisting force is very little.

Start to finish when bleeding water is run dry.
